The wonderful summer delivered a bumper crop of fruits. Quinces are mid harvest and are being turned into Annie’s delicious quince jelly filling the kitchen with a warm Turkish delight fragrance and the fabulous amber colour reflective of a Pebworth Autumn sunset .   Quince jelly is great with cheese, and can be used add flavour to casseroles or roasts, particularly good with strong flavoured meat such as game or venison.
